Our webinar series is presented by clinical psychologist Kirrilie Smout and is designed to help parents/caregivers of primary aged children understand common mental and emotional health challenges in these children, and the ways psychologists work with children and families managing these problems. Parents/caregivers can register (for free) for for 1 or all 3 of these webinars.
Webinar 1.What is childhood anxiety, what are the causes and how do psychologists support children with anxiety:
This 30 minute informational webinar is designed to help parents/caregivers of primary aged children know what childhood anxiety is, the different forms of anxiety in children and the causes of childhood anxiety. The webinar will also provide a brief overview of how psychologists usually work with anxious children and provide information about Developing Minds therapy services and their online psycho-educational program .
